At Adam Ohayon, we strive to provide exceptional services and products that meet your needs. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services and digital products, in compliance with Dutch consumer law.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Refunds for Services

1.1 Free Consultation

  • As this service is complimentary, no refund applies.

1.2 Digital Services (Online Consultations, Coaching, and Workshops)

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session qualify for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not qualify for a refund.

1.3 Physical Services (Personal Training and In-Person Sessions)

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance qualify for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not qualify for a refund.

1.4 Workshops and Keynotes

  • For cancellations by clients, refunds are available only if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled date.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.

  • If the workshop or keynote is canceled by Adam Ohayon, clients will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.
     

2. Refunds for Digital Products

2.1 Non-Tangible Digital Products (e.g., Downloadable Resources, Frameworks)

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

2.2 Technical Issues

  • If you encounter technical issues preventing access to the purchased product, contact us at support@adamohayon.com within 7 days of purchase. We will either resolve the issue or offer a replacement.
     

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, email support@adamohayon.com with your name, order details, and the reason for your request.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome.

3.2 Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • For refunds via bank transfer, additional processing time may apply.
     

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions without proper cancellation notice.

  • Dissatisfaction with digital products once downloaded or accessed.

  • Misuse or unauthorized sharing of digital products.

  • Services rendered in full, including completed consultations, coaching, or training sessions.
     

5. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disasters) that prevent service delivery, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a refund at the discretion of Adam Ohayon.

6. Exceptions

In rare cases, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the sole discretion of Adam Ohayon. Please contact us directly if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.
