1. General Information

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services, consultations, digital products, and in-person training provided by Adam Ohayon.
1.2 The laws of the Netherlands govern these terms and any disputes arising from them.
1.3 Any agreement between Adam Ohayon and a client will be confirmed in writing (including email).

2. Services Offered

2.1 Adam Ohayon provides the following services:

• Digital services, including consultations and workshops conducted online.

• Physical services, such as in-person training sessions.

• Digital products, including materials, frameworks, and resources provided via download or email.

2.2 All services are described on the website. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Adam Ohayon reserves the right to modify services and pricing at any time.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Bookings can be made via the website or by direct communication. A booking is confirmed once payment is received.
3.2 Payment options include [insert payment methods, e.g., iDEAL, PayPal, bank transfer].
3.3 All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.4 Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of the service.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 For Digital Services:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.

4.2 For Physical Services:

• Cancellations for personal training sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time will result in the session being charged in full.

4.3 For Digital Products:

• Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for downloaded products or resources.

4.4 In case of force majeure (e.g., illness, natural disasters), Adam Ohayon reserves the right to reschedule services or issue a refund at its discretion.

5. Liability

5.1 Adam Ohayon is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of services or products unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
5.2 For physical services, clients participate at their own risk. Clients are responsible for informing the trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before the session.
5.3 Digital services and materials are provided "as is." Adam Ohayon does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content provided by Adam Ohayon, including the LifeTrack framework, materials, and other resources, remains the intellectual property of Adam Ohayon.
6.2 Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use purchased materials for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

7.1 Any information shared by clients during consultations or services is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
7.2 Personal data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with GDPR and Dutch privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 In case of disputes, Adam Ohayon aims to resolve matters amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1 Adam Ohayon reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
9.2 Continued use of the website or services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
